Imagine controlling the world around you with nothing but your finger! The Logbar Ring promised just that, marketed as the ultimate wearable. It promised to control any device using in-air hand gestures: swipe your finger in the air to change the TV channel, write a text message by drawing letters in the air, or draw a musical note with your finger to play music. It is easy to understand why the company raised nearly a million dollars on the crowdfunding site Kickstarter.

The Logbar Ring had a bright future, but the technology disappointed the ring was WAY TOO BIG and uncomfortable, and worst of all it didn’t even work most of the time, requiring the user to attempt a gesture up to 20 times before any magic happens (if it ever did). The Logbar Ring has been called one of the Worst Products Ever Made.
